Discover New Paths with Nova Via Tours

Nova Via was founded by Bailey Noël Udoutch, a Business and Marketing Instructor and Career Technical Education leader with extensive experience guiding young adults through meaningful travel experiences across Europe.

From 2017 to 2023, Bailey worked as a tour guide where she led large-scale groups of 100–300 high-school graduates at a time through eight countries. Her on-the-ground experience has given her a deep understanding of group management, travel safety, and the life-changing impact of exploring the world at a pivotal moment in a young person’s life.

During the school year, Bailey teaches high school business and marketing courses and advises over 150 students in a DECA chapter—supporting them as they grow into emerging leaders and entrepreneurs. Her work centers on preparing young people for college, careers, and independent living through practical learning, structured guidance, and mentorship.

Nova Via was created to bring together Bailey’s two passions: education and transformative travel. The program reflects her belief that people deserve experiences that broaden their worldview, strengthen their independence, and spark personal growth.
